A Heartfelt Calling Turned into a Dream Come True
With over a decade of experience as a medical professional, I found myself truly inspired the moment I discovered what a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) was. From that very first year, a new fire was lit within me—I knew this was my purpose, and I began dreaming and planning to create a place of care, connection, and warmth for seniors.
But my love for the elderly began long before my professional journey. I was just five years old when I joined my grandmother at a church event where we sang Christmas carols at an assisted living home. I’ll never forget how the residents lit up, calling me their little angel. The love they gave me—and how special they made me feel—was truly magical.
Now, I have the honor of giving that love back.
Sweet Sophia’s is more than a senior care home; it’s the realization of a lifelong dream. We are excited to host tea parties, sing songs together, and bring in rescue animals for our residents to cuddle. Every detail is designed to feel like family, full of joy, laughter, and warmth.
